BALANCES DUE- Balances are to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Balances are due by 3 pm on the due date. Clients, whose balances are not paid in full 14 days prior to arrival, all promotional discounts will be forfeited, your booking will be cancelled and your dates will be available to be booked by someone on the waitlist. It is your responsibility to make sure you are cleared for your procedure(s), have made appropriate travel arrangements with all the necessary insurances, have additional funds to secure accommodations for last minute changes by your surgery center, and have met all requirements for your upcoming procedure(s) before payment is due. All sales are final. If you are booking services within 14 days of your surgery date, your balance is due in full at the time of booking. A $250 late booking fee applies. No exceptions. 

AIRPORT POLICY- Miami International Airport arrival/departure pick up and drop offs are from 9 am to 9 pm. Fort Lauderdale Airport arrival/departure pick up and drop offs are from 10 am to 8 pm. FLL airport pickups/drop offs are an additional $75 each way. Flights arriving or departing outside of our service times will be charged an additional $50 fee.  

RECOVERY STAY POLICY- Recovery stay check in time is 3 pm to 8 pm. Recovery stay check out time is 12 pm. Early check/early check out fee is $75. There is a $50 per day parking fee for clients who chose to drive to our location. We do not allow visitors under any circumstances, please be considerate of others guests and book one of our air bnbs or partner hotels if you wish to have visitors or a companion. No refunds will be given for early check-outs.

RESCHEDULE POLICY- Your deposit, partial or full payment, guarantees 1 free date change for 365 days after your original surgery date. If your surgery is rescheduled by your surgery center, you must confirm we have availability to accommodate your new surgery date PRIOR to selecting the new date with the surgery center. Not doing so will forfeit any possible reconsideration for accommodation. No exceptions.

PROMOTIONAL DEALS OR PAY IN FULL SALES- Your deposit, partial or full payment, guarantees 1 free date change for 365 days after your original surgery date. You are not eligible for refund, however you may reschedule within 365 calendar days for services. All sales are final and no refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY- If your surgery is canceled due to you not being a good candidate for surgery or at your request, you are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival will be issued full payment, less the $500 non refundable deposit. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival will be issued full payment, less the $1000 non refundable deposit. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will be issued full payment, less a $1500 non refundable deposit.   

By submitting a booking deposit or payment in full, you understand and agree to all terms of this agreement for service. All sales are final and governed by this agreement.
