Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration ( AHCA) guidelines state:

If the owner lives in the home, the number of guest do not exceed 3, guest are not receiving optional state supplementation, and one or more personal care service is provided on a 24 hour basis, an Assisted Living Facility or  Adult Family Care Home license is NOT required. Deposits are good for 1 calendar year.

Deposits secure services for the dates requested and are non refundable. 

In the event you are cancelled due to no fault of your own, you will be able to book services up to two years, however you are allowed only 1 free date change. You must confirm the new dates requested are available, prior to selecting a new surgery date with your surgeon. Any additional date changes will be charged a $150 convenience fee.

We offer pricing information online, however all bookings must be secured with a deposit or be paid in full to secure desired dates. You will receive a detailed invoice and payment instructions when booking for your records.

Yes, we service FLL airport.

Fort Lauderdale Airport arrival/departure pick up and drop offs are from 10 am to 8 pm. FLL airport pick ups/drop offs are an additional $75. Please book flights accordingly. Flights arriving or departing outside of our service times, you are responsible for your own transportation. 

Check-in at Premier Recovery Care is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM.

If your pre op appointment ends prior to check-in, you are allowed to come to the recovery house and wait until check in. If on check-out day, you need to leave after check-out time, you will be allowed to wait at the house until your airport departure transportation arrives during PRC transportation hours. 

Unfortunately we have reverted back to our no guest or companions rule for recovery stays.

Determination is on a case by case basis. Additional deposit may be required.
